Health is everything for your life. It is important to have a good health. I would to say “ Good Health Make a Long Good Life”, this word is true. We should not realize for good health because it will make dangerous effect to your life too.
Relax means to keep calm mind and body. It can make you to peaceful feeling also your body will do all activities with 100% per day. You will feel with yourself between about get relaxing and without relaxing. However there are 2 types relaxing that should to know in daily life
Types 1 mind relaxing
            The mind is a set of cognitive faculties including consciousness, imagination, perception, thinking, judgment, language and memory. It is usually defined as the faculty of an entity's thoughts and consciousness. I think you must try to make its clam and take it easy. You can do everything that can make your soul to clam. For example, listen your favorite song, practice your soul by concentrate while you sit in perfect place. Mind is beat part of your body, so it should be relax in right way.
Types 2 body relaxing
            The human body is the structure of a human. It is composed of many different types of cells that together create tissues and subsequently organ systems. After you have relaxed your mind, Now you must relax your body too. You must sleep up to 8 hour per day and do activities with other that can make you to laugh, or you must buy some gift for your health too.
All of my comments are useful for you to relax yourself. It is easy way to do it. If you have other things, I want to know please tell to me. Because I can improve my relaxing by your comment, that you have better way than me.

  A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve your health. There are many different things that you can do to live a healthy lifestyle, a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about healthy eating and exercise, it also about behavior , environment and people around you.

Family & friends
 -Social connections, friendships and relationships are significant influences on health. Good social support may offer greater protection from chronic disease and illness like cardiovascular disease, depression and anxiety.
-if you have stress.Talking to someone you trust, whether it’s a friend or your parent , can help.
-the emotions of the people around you also impact on your health and wellbeing.if your friends are happy, you are more likely to be happy too. If your partner is depressed for a long time, you are more likely to depression too. So you should deal with your emotions. For good health.

Risk behavior for health
-If you plan to have sex and are unsure of your partner's health status, use a condom for prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
-Use helmets while riding bicycles and motorcycles. Helmet use reduces deaths from motorcycle accidents.
-Avoid sunburns and sun exposure by using adequate skin protection; use brimmed hats, protective clothing, and sunscreen for prevent skin cancers.

Alcohol and smoking
-Heavy drinking or more excessive drinking can cause a variety of adverse health issues including: pancreatitis, stroke, high blood pressure, liver and brain damage.
-Smoking has been linked to numerous health problems including: lung cancer and disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, blindness and mouth disease.

Exercise increases energy levels
Exercise improves both the strength and the efficiency of your cardiovascular system to get the oxygen and nutrients to your muscles.  When your cardiovascular system works better everything seems easier and you have more energy for the fun stuff in life.
Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy weight.
The more you exercise, the more calories you burn.  In addition, the more muscle you develop, the higher your metabolic rate becomes, so you burn more calories even when you’re not exercising.  The result?  You may lose weight and look better physically which will boost your deft-esteem
Exercise improves brain function
Exercise increases blood flow and oxygen levels in the brain. It also encourages the release of the brain chemicals (hormones) that are responsible for the production of cells in the hippocampus, the part of the brain that controls memory and learning.  This, in turn, boosts concentration levels and cognitive ability, and helps reduce the risk of cognitive degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.

    How to take care of yourself properly by eating useful foods or living a quality life will help improve health. By modifying a little life and avoiding something, these things can help improve health. Things to avoid for good health include stress, obesity, sugar, and fat.
    Stress accumulation is the cause of many diseases because negative thoughts or imagination makes us unhappy. Stress can cause the body to become ill without knowing it. Stress reduction makes health easier, such as going to a clear place.
   Obesity is more dangerous than we think because it is the source of many diseases. Diseases caused by obesity include diabetes, high blood pressure. Avoiding obesity is regular exercise by exercising half an hour a day or three times per week.
   Sugar and fat is another important thing to avoid. Our body needs only half a teaspoon of sugar per day. If the body has more sugar or fat than necessary may lead to disease. You should avoid fried foods, and then turned to focus on eating foods that are cooked, steamed, and boiled instead.
   It is the little things that you do each day that add up to being healthy and fit. Use these tips above as a guide on your journey on the path to good health. Both of stress, obesity, sugar, and fat are all the reason that causes a myriad of problems, from heart trouble to digestive problems.

Why do we need good food?

Ever thought, why do humans have to eat good food and eat in moderation? Then if we eat good food and the right amount, what will our body be like? To eat good food, we have to eat all 5 groups and eat in moderation and clean. In this essay, I am going to talk about 3 reasons why we need to eat good food and right amount. And how it affects the body.  
Good food must have all 5 groups. Group 1 Protein consists of meat, eggs, milk, nuts, helps to make the body grow and repair the body. Group 2 Carbohydrates consist of rice, flour, sugar, bread, providing energy to the body. Group 3 Fiber consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, helps the digestive system to work well. Group 4: Vitamins and minerals, consisting of fruits, vegetables, helps to make the body healthy. Group 5, fat consists of Cooking oil and butter Helps energy and warmth to the body.
Eating the right amount is very important because it will balance the body. Makes our body not too fat or thin and is very healthy. When the body is balanced, we can live by having to worry about eating our food. The advantage of eating properly is that our body will not accumulate fat in the body and reduce other risks.
Good food, in addition to having all 5 groups and having the right amount, must be clean. Eating clean food will greatly benefit our health. Because if the food is clean, our body is at risk of diarrhea or food poisoning. And eating freshly cooked food will refresh the body.
In conclusion, the three reasons I mentioned above are what we should do for the health of good. If you can eat all 5 foods, your body will be healthy, healthy and have a good balance. If we eat the right amount, our body will look good, not fat and not too thin. And most importantly, the cleanliness of the food The food we eat must be clean, aggressively cooked and must not be old. Because it may affect our body and health.
